Dan is a partner at the law firm of Bramson, Plutzik, Mahler & Birkhaeuser, LLP in Walnut Creek, CA and has practiced law for over 30 years. Dan received his law degree from the University of California, Davis where he served as an Editor of the UC Davis Law Review. He prosecutes cases on behalf of consumers involving insurance, false nutritional labeling, price fixing and unlawful debt collection practices. In addition to serving on the Food Bank board, Dan currently chairs the Contra Costa Bar Association’s Food from the Bar Committee (the legal community’s nationwide hunger relief campaign) and is the President of the Warren W. Eukel Teacher Trust.
