Sandy is a Senior Director in the Employee Success (Human Resources) organization at Salesforce. Salesforce is the #1 CRM and values Customer Success and is a key contributor to giving back in our communities. Sandy brings 20+ years of intuitive and versatile HR experience with proven accomplishments across multiple functions and businesses. Prior to Salesforce, Sandy worked for Shell Oil Company and worked in Labor Relations at ethe Martinez Refinery. Sandy earned her Bachelors in Psychology at Louisiana State University and spent time working for both a psychologist as well as the Department of Labor before earning her Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the University of Minnesota. She specifically enjoys the time that she spends coaching both employees and leaders on their own development journeys.
Sandy’s personal core values are family, compassion and joy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters.
