Ingredients:
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 1 cup cauliflower florets
• 1 cub cabbage, chopped
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
• Pepper to taste
• Lemon wedges
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°F. Place florets and cabbage in a large bowl with oil, salt and pepper and toss to coat. Place on a large baking sheet and roast until the vegetables are tender -crisp and browned in spots, 15 to 25 minutes. Serve immediately with lemon wedges, if desired.
