Alec was motivated to join the Food Bank to give back to the community and leverage his decade-plus of IT expertise at an organization whose mission he’s passionate about. He’s made it his goal to harness technology to improve efficiencies across all areas of the organization. Before joining the team at the Food Bank, Alec served at North Bay Regional Center, an organization that empowers persons with developmental disabilities. In this role, he also worked closely with the California Department of Disability Services and ensured compliance with National Institute of Standards and Technology policies. A champion of our community, Alec strives to create sustainable foundations to help organizations continue to grow their technological footprint to serve our neighbors in need better.

When not sitting behind a computer, Alec enjoys spending his time outdoors and is a strength training enthusiast.
